At Red Tile Traditional House Sanden (hereafter "the Facility"), we have established rules to ensure your safety and comfort. Please be aware that non-compliance may result in refusal of stay or usage, and you may be liable for any damages incurred.

Prohibited Items

For the comfort of all guests, the following items are not allowed:

Animals, birds, pets, items emitting foul odors or loud noises, explosives, flammable substances, firearms, swords, illegal drugs

Room Use

Rooms are strictly for lodging purposes only.

Minor Guests

Minors are not permitted to stay without permission from a legal guardian.

No Advertising or Sales

Distribution of advertisements and sales activities within the Facility premises are prohibited.

Conduct

Any behavior that disrupts public morals, disturbs other guests or neighbors, or involves illegal activities is prohibited.

Noise Control

Loud singing, shouting, or high-volume use of radios, TVs, etc., that may disturb other guests is prohibited.

Handling of Facilities and Equipment

Do not relocate or modify any Facility equipment. Any intentional or gross negligence resulting in soiling, damage, or loss will be charged at cost.

Locking Doors

Please ensure the room is locked when leaving. While in the room or sleeping, use the latch and avoid opening doors for unknown visitors.

No Unregistered Visitors

Only registered guests may enter rooms. Additional charges apply if unauthorized individuals enter.

No Smoking

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in designated areas only. Any in-room smoking will incur actual cleaning and repair costs.

Emergency Routes

Please confirm the emergency exit routes and exits near your room for safety.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Please inform us in advance if you require an extension. Additional fees apply.

Early Check-In

¥2,500 per hour (tax exclusive) for check-in as early as 10:00.

Late Check-Out

¥2,500 per hour (tax exclusive) until 14:00 if there are no new bookings.

Unnotified Late Check-Out (over 20 minutes): 150% of the hourly extension fee.

Lost Items

Lost items will be kept for a certain period. Shipping charges for the return of items will be borne by the guest.

Parking

Parking is provided solely as a space rental, and the Facility does not assume responsibility for vehicle management.

Lost Room Key

Replacement costs will be charged if the room key is lost.
